Grapitail is the First-in-Class-Non-COX Inhibiting NSAID - Grapiprant is a prostaglandin receptor antagonist (PRA), a non-COX inhibiting NSAID that specifically blocks the EP4 receptor, the primary mediator of canine OA pain and inflammation. It can be used for all stages of canine Osteoarthritis, from the earliest clinical signs, and can be used as long as needed. It is safe to use daily to deliver effective canine OA pain management.

Directions for use: 

• Dosage - 2 mg/kg once daily
