Yes, you can reschedule your booking by calling the customer service representative on Petzzing official number 7400024581/7400023571.
What Is The Cancellation Policy?
In order to receive full refund, grooming appointments must be canceled at least 3 hrs before the day of the grooming service for your pet. Cancellations made within 3 hrs will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of the booking price.
